Easy Tax Ontario has been independently serving the community since 2016. Agreeing to “Authorize” Easy Tax Ontario as your representative allows us to then interact with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) directly on your behalf. We can:
Individual tax return for persons who are single, married, living common-law, divorced, separated or widowed; with or without dependents.
Includes E-file transmission direct to CRA.
Two individual tax returns for persons who are common-law or legally married, with or without dependents.
Includes E-file transmission direct to CRA.
All returning Easy Tax Ontario clients receive a $10 discount on their
Basic Return Services.
Individual return requiring claim of home office and or other work related travel/mandatory expenses. T2200 - Declaration of Conditions of Employment form required.
Includes E-file transmission direct to CRA.
Provision of detailed year-end totals of work expenses required.
Clients may email totals to us, choose to fill in a custom created spreadsheet provided by our office or have our staff sign for receipt of work expense documents and do the expense total calculations for them on site.

Clients who receive tax preparation / bookkeeping services from our office and require their GST-HST NetFiled.
Clients who require their GST-HST amount due prepared will pay hourly bookkeeping rates plus our NetFile fee.
*Business representation authorization or access code, along with GST-HST business number is required along with reporting start/end period
Income/expenses tracking spreadsheets created in Excel format for each client.
Files can be provided electronically to be filled out and returned by email for use with tax preparation, or in print to be filled out by hand and returned. Once a client has their personal spreadsheet on file with our office, future years are provided at no additional cost.
